Choose the plan that fits

Insights offers three tiers so you can start simple and upgrade when you need more.

All plans include tracking, data sync, data export, goals, charts, and AI features. Plans differ in monthly quotas and data retention.

• Free — 30-day data retention. AI features included with monthly limits: 5 AI chats, 3 meal analyses, 3 journal transcriptions, 20 minutes of audio journal.
• Standard — 365-day retention. Higher quotas: 30 AI chats, 15 meal analyses, 15 journal transcriptions, 2 hours of audio journal. Includes Insights & Correlations.
• Premium — 3-year retention. Unlimited AI features, 10 hours of audio journal per month. Full Insights & Correlations.

How to subscribe

You can subscribe in the mobile apps or on the web, depending on where you started. Web subscriptions are billed through Stripe. iPhone subscriptions are managed through Apple in-app purchase, and Android subscriptions are managed through Google Play.

Change or cancel your plan

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel through the billing channel tied to your subscription. If you subscribed through Apple or Google, manage changes in your device’s subscription settings. If you subscribed on the web, manage billing through your account’s web billing settings.

Data retention

Retention depends on your tier. If you downgrade, your available history window may become shorter based on the plan limits above. That makes it worth choosing the tier that matches how much historical context you want to keep available in Insights.
