Data is encrypted in transit and at rest on managed cloud infrastructure.

Can I export my data?

Yes, all plans include data export. You can export your tracked data in JSON or CSV format from the Data Management section.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel in App Store/Google Play for mobile purchases, or via web billing settings for Stripe.

What happens if I downgrade?

Your plan limits change. Some features and retention windows may be reduced.

Is my data sent to OpenAI?

Relevant data may be processed to provide AI features. See the privacy policy for details.

How accurate is nutrition analysis?

AI estimates are helpful guides, not medical-grade measurements.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile and select Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data including tracks, journal entries, and settings.
