Journal

Capture thoughts quickly

The Journal feature gives you a simple place to record what happened, how you felt, and anything else you want to remember alongside your tracked data. You can create standard text entries when you want to write, or record a voice note when speaking is faster.

Voice notes with transcription

Voice entries can be automatically transcribed so they become easier to review later. That means you can talk through your day during a walk, after a meal, or before bed, then come back to a readable version later without replaying every recording. Transcripts are synced across your devices as part of your account, so the same entry is available whether you check on mobile or the web.

Review and search past entries

Journal entries stay connected to your personal history, which makes them more useful than notes stored in isolation. You can browse older entries, revisit specific periods, and search for terms or themes that matter to you. This is especially useful if you are trying to understand how stress, routines, food, sleep, or environment relate to how you feel.

Keep context in one place

The goal is not just to store writing. It is to keep subjective context next to your other data so patterns are easier to interpret. Short entries are fine. Consistent entries are usually more useful than perfect ones.
