Goals

Set targets that match your routine

Goals in Insights help you turn tracking into something directional. You can create daily or weekly targets for the topics you care about, such as 10,000 steps, 8 hours of sleep, a certain number of walks, or any other tracked measure that fits your routine.

Track progress automatically

Once a goal is set, Insights compares your logged data against that target so you can see progress without doing extra math. This makes it easier to tell whether you are on pace today, how the week is going, and where your routine is holding steady versus slipping.

Look beyond one good day

Goals are more useful when viewed over time. Insights highlights streaks, completion rates, and consistency so you can tell the difference between a good day and a sustainable pattern. If you are trying to improve sleep, build a walking habit, or stay consistent with journaling, these longer views matter.

Adjust as you learn

Targets are meant to support real life, not punish imperfect weeks. You can change goals as your needs shift, whether you are recovering from illness, starting a new routine, or learning what is realistic for you. The best goal is usually one you can actually keep using.
