1. About Insights

Insights is a personal health and lifestyle tracking service operated by JWB Systems (England and Wales), available via mobile and web.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Insights.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • providing accurate account information,
  • keeping your credentials secure,
  • activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Tiers

Insights currently offers these tiers:

  • Free
  • Standard
  • Premium
  • Comp (complimentary/internal)

A staff/internal tier may also exist for operational use and is not a public commercial plan.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

Billing channels:

  • Web subscriptions: Stripe
  • iOS subscriptions: Apple App Store
  • Android subscriptions: Google Play

5. Cancellation and Refunds

  • For iOS purchases, you manage cancellation and refunds through Apple App Store policies.
  • For Android purchases, you manage cancellation and refunds through Google Play policies.
  • For web (Stripe) subscriptions, cancellation rules shown at checkout and account settings apply.
  • Where required by law, mandatory statutory refund rights still apply.

6. Health and Medical Disclaimer

Insights is a consumer wellness tool and not a medical device. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. Always seek qualified medical advice for health concerns.

7. AI Content Disclaimer

Insights includes AI-generated outputs (for example advisor responses, meal analysis, and transcript-derived summaries). AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, or safety decisions.

8. Acceptable Use

You must not:

  • use the service for unlawful activity,
  • attempt unauthorized access,
  • interfere with platform integrity or availability.

9. Intellectual Property

Insights software, branding, and related materials are owned by JWB Systems or its licensors.

10. Termination

You may stop using Insights at any time and may request account deletion from within the app where available. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, abuse, or legal risk.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Insights is provided “as available” and JWB Systems is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
