Insights is a personal tracking product built to help people understand daily patterns with more clarity and less noise. The core idea is simple: meals, sleep, movement, journal entries, goals, and location context are more useful when they live together instead of being scattered across disconnected apps.

We built Insights because most tools in this space force a tradeoff between usefulness and trust. Our approach is privacy-first from the start: no ads, no data selling, and no attempt to turn personal records into an audience product. Your data should stay yours.

Insights is built by JWB Systems. The product combines Flutter mobile apps, a Django cloud backend, and AI-powered analysis to make personal tracking more practical without making it feel heavy or corporate.
